Keep an installment enquiry separate from an approved application

Asking OFERO about e-bike installment is the start of an enquiry, not evidence that financing is available for your chosen unit or that an application is approved. Keep the vehicle sale discussion and any named provider's application process in separate records.

Label the stage you have reached

Confirm the recipient before sending documents
