Keep one OFERO enquiry moving when the answer changes

A useful OFERO enquiry still starts with one purpose: identify a candidate, clarify a written quote, arrange a viewing, or ask about an existing vehicle. Send the exact catalogue link, your ordinary use, the one constraint that matters, and the answer you need. If you already have a dated reply, keep its reference in the same conversation.

Turn the reply into a next step

After OFERO replies, make a short handoff note with four lines: confirmed (the answer and which unit it names); changed (a different configuration, location or date); pending (the question still open); and next owner (you, the store or a service contact). This prevents an old answer from being silently attached to a new unit.

For example, if you asked whether one configuration can be viewed and the reply offers another, do not treat the appointment as a viewing of your first choice. Ask which exact unit will be there and whether your measured parking or rider question can be checked with staff. A sent message is not a confirmed appointment or reservation.

Share only what the answer needs

Start with a general location and the relevant measurement or question. Send receipts, identifying numbers or delivery details privately through the verified OFERO contact page only when requested for a real service case. If the reply leaves one point open, follow up on that point instead of starting a new general enquiry.
